    A little about me...

I have always loved being crafty!

I think being creative is genetic because my mom was very artsy! My “baba” (her mom) had a home based business making personalized ceramics. Her work was high in demand as far back as I can remember (1960’s) until she passed in the mid 90’s. My dad, well he’s an engineer! I got my creative right brain from my mom’s side of the family, for sure.

My best friend and I used to spend all of our free time doing crafts, before marriage and children! We loved ceramics and painting, we would paint anything we could get our hands on!  After I had Evan, scrapbooking became my “go to” craft, but that didn’t last long. When Evan was around 2 1/2 years old he was diagnosed with autism (PDD-NOS) and ADHD. That, along with divorce put a quick halt to crafts so I could buckle down and focus on Evan and my career.

I have been a web developer for 20 years, and I love it! It allows me to be creative and help other businesses succeed by having a professional online presence. My experience and expertise has allowed me to develop websites, logos, print marketing and graphic design for many businesses, non-profit organizations, individuals and small business owners. It is a very rewarding career. I have been fortunate enough to build my business and work one-on-one with so many fantastic people while staying at home to care for Evan.

Now that Evan is 18, and tad more independent, in other words, leaves me alone for longer periods of time; I can focus more on some of the things that I love to do. I didn’t realize how much I missed being “crafty” until I got a Cricut Maker. This little machine literally changed my life! Creating digital SVG’s fits right into my wheelhouse. I can sit at my computer, be creative, be crafty and make fun, personalized gifts while still being home for my son! It’s PERFECT!

I hope you find some awesome things in our shop. My mind is always going, always creating and always crafting, so please check back often to see what’s new! Remember, if you want something personalized, I can do that too!
